Resetting your password – Admin

To reset your password, open the Athena Board Admin portal in your internet browser (admin.athenaboard.com) and enter your username.

Press “Continue”.

Press the “Forgot Password” button below the password field.

Enter a new password and then re-enter the new password in the respective fields.
Follow the password guidelines when creating a password.

Click “Ok”.

You will be prompted to enter an Authentication Code that will be sent to your mobile or email address.

Enter the code and click “Confirm”.

When the password reset has been successfully completed, you will see a popup notifying you of this.

Click “Ok” to close the popup.

Log in to the admin portal with your new password.
