Circular Resolution Notifications
As part of our ongoing commitment to actioning customer feedback, we are excited to a requested feature of additional optional Circular Resolution notifications.
These new notification options allow for the users participating in a circular resolution to receive notifications regarding the circular resolution including:
- Confirmation email when a user has signed or abstaining from the circular resolution.
- Email notification when other users have signed or abstained from the circular resolution.
- Email notification when a circular resolution has been fully actioned.
- Email notification when a quorum is reached.
- Email notification when a quorum fails to be reached.
- Email notification when a circular resolution has closed due to its deadline passing.
- Reminder emails to those who have not signed or abstained from a circular resolution that the deadline is approaching.
Optionally, you can also allow for the results of the circular resolution be included in the email notifications that are sent out to your users, so they can see who has signed or abstained so far.
These new notification options join the existing notification options available to admins and include a refresh of the notification settings screen for your clarity. You will be prompted which notifications you want sent out to your admins and/or users as you create a new circular resolution.
