Binder Preview

We are pleased to release a new feature for our board admins – binder preview.

This feature provides a mechanism for admins to preview the binder during the binder creation process to allow for quick and easy changes to be made before publishing.

The feature is simple to use, at the bottom of the agenda builder page is a preview button. Once you have items uploaded the button is enabled. Clicking on the button will show a preview of the current state of the binder.

This easy-to-use feature makes previewing the binder in the state that your users will see it fast, accurate and easy. This in turn, dramatically improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the admin.

In the case where user specific previews are required, i.e. where some users have different view rights to others, use the View As feature instead.
