Athena Board supports resolutions, circular resolutions and votes for obtaining board approvals.
Resolutions can be any document but when uploaded via the admin portal and set as resolution they will inherit a new behaviour when displayed to the users in the Athena Board applications. When selected by a user a new secure signing option becomes available. Once signed the resolution is immutable and available to the administrator to download for long term retention.
Resolutions are delivered to the suers as part of a binder (board material pack). This means each users (or sub-set of users) has an individual resolution to sign.
Completed resolutions are certificate signed by each user and full audit trail is available to the administrators.
Circular Resolutions are like resolutions except that there is a single signed copy. Each user is provided with the document to review and sign (or abstain), but the final output is a single document with all signatures.

Votes is an easy way to ask users questions and receive answers. The feature is extremely flexible with the mechanism allowing freeform questions with a variable set of answers for the users to choose from. This feature has many uses including acceptance of previous minutes.
Once a user has selected an answer it is available to the administrators in the admin portal.
